General description
UNITESS AMBIENT is a wireless, scalable indoor climate monitoring system based on the radio channel* for distributed spaces with the range of 3 km and underground storages.
- Monitoring parameters:
- temperature;
- humidity;
- atmospheric pressure;
- others on request.
*ISM radio band reserved internationally for the use of radio frequency energy for Industrial, Scientific and Medical purposes.
Although UNITESS AMBIENT was primarily designed for he usage in laboratories, the system can be also used effectively to monitor conditions in a variety of applications:
- Warehouses
- Food & beverage
- Laboratories
- Museums
- Data centers
UNITESS AMBIENT provides you with 24/7 monitoring and recording of environmental conditions. The system alerts you with the instant notifications about any potential threats. Ideal for both light and heavy industrial environments.
Key Features
- Monitoring of temperature, humidity and atmospheric pressure;
- ISM radio band (Industrial, Scientific and Medical) up to 3 km;
- Battery life cycle up to 3 years;
- High accuracy: ± 0.3 OC, ± 3 % RH (relative humidity), ± 0.2 kPa;
- Normalized degradation of accuracy at the interval of 10 years;
- Database for archiving and analysis;
- Installation without construction works;
- Does not require Internet or Wi-Fi.
General algorithm of the system operation
Thermohygrometers UNITESS AMBIENT measures temperature, humidity and ambient pressure. Data is displayed on the E-ink display and transmitted via the LoRa radio to the server.
The interval for measuring and transmitting data can be defined by the system administrator. The information is stored in the UNITESS DB database. UNITESS MANAGER software allows users with access to all collected data .
Software
UNITESS WORKSTATION software opens up a wide range of possibilities for the integrated automation.
To operate the UNITESS WORKSTATION, it is necessary to add users to the UNITESS DB database using UNITESS MANAGER software. It provides access to the information about measurement conditions as well as to the service for receiving SMS alerts to a cellular phone.
The user can view and scale up|down temperature, humidity, pressure charts for the selected sensors and for a specific time range, room number.
View the latest measurements, set limits, information update intervals, sensor (room) name. A user with a special access privileges has access to the calibration window (offsets).
It is possible to enable SMS notification of users.
In three years, the project showed phenomenal results. We occupied 70% of the local market. We are planning to expand international sales and looking for partners.
